Michelle May, M.D., CSP, a physician and recovered yoyo dieter, is the founder of the proven Am I Hungry?® Mindful Eating Programs and Training. She is the award-winning author of the book series, Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat, for yoyo dieting, diabetes, binge eating, bariatric surgery, and people who crave a balanced relationship with food and a vibrant life. Dr. May inspires audiences to adopt sustainable, healthy lifestyles. Winner of the Excellence in Patient Education Innovation Award, she also trains health and wellness professionals to facilitate Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Programs worldwide.
